Shipping Information

We ship orders to most countries across Europe:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Delivery Services
• In the Baltic states (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) and Finland, parcels are delivered via Omniva, Itella Smartposti, and DPD.
• In other EU countries, parcels are delivered via Omniva or DPD.

Delivery Times
• Baltic states (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania): 1–3 working days
• Other EU countries: 3–7 working days
• In very rare cases, delivery may take up to 14 calendar days

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees depend on the buyer’s location and the selected delivery method. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Please note that during holiday periods or sales campaigns, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.


Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, you have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
• The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective
• The right of return does not apply to sealed items opened after delivery for health or hygiene reasons
• The right of return does not apply to purchases made by legal entities (companies)

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at in**@****er.ee within 14 days of receiving your order and let us know which items you want to return

2. Send the items back within 14 days after submitting your return request

3. Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will issue your refund within 14 days

Refunds
Refunds are made to the same payment method used during checkout. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard option, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded.


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at in**@****er.ee with your order number and photos — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
